[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted from google pay but ticket not booked

I tried to book tatkal ticket via irctc on may 31, 2019 via googlepay.
The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked.
The money was not refunded to my account.

Razorpay failed the transaction, disabling me from booking my importany ticket and did not even refund my money.

No contact from customer support has taken place. The money has still not been refunded, but somehow the post is marked as resolved.

This is pure cheating RAZORPAY.
