Hi i'm vipul
I booked a railway ticket on 28th july using the irctc app through bhim upi.

The payment gateway was razorpay.

The amount was debited from my account but my ticket was not booked.

I have provided the transaction information in the images.

Kindly reply and refund the amount.

Please try to prevent such incidences as they cause inconvenience

We checked the UPI reference number[protected] and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
