[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not processed for a failed transaction | |
I booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account. I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money. I booked a ticket from irctc and payment through bhim app by rozarpay but ticket not booked and money debated from my account and credit to raozerpay transaction id[protected]
So please refund the money to my account

We checked the UPI reference number : 811517172021 and see that it was an unsuccessful transaction. You should ideally receive the refund within 10 working days from the date of debit. For further queries, please feel free to drop us a mail to support@razorpay.com
