[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund of air ticket amount, rs.17 746.80/- agt transaction no. [protected]

Dear sir,

I have booked air ticket through irctc for delhi-chennai on 16/03/2018 for four passengers in jet airways. Amount of rs.17746.80/- debited from my syndicate bank a/c vide irctc transaction no. [protected] through razorpay gateway. But we did not get the tickets from jetairways.

I have complained immediately to irctc customer care, requesting for refund but till today i am not received any refund.

For refund purspose i am attaching the bank statement. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible
