Hello, i made payment for booking ticket via razorpay and from irctc app, money credited in the account of razorpay but ticket not booked. And i am not getting anything related to the refund.i saw so many complaints and wondering if it is a fraud company. Please initiate the refund ASAP. Verified Support Jul 22, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Rohit, We checked our logs and see that the transaction with UPI reference number[protected] is an unsuccessful transaction and the amount for the same will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
