Hi I have made a payment of rs. 630 /- on irctc app by choosing razorpay upi as payment method. Afterwards, payment of rs.630 was directed to my upi app i. E. Phonepe in my case. My payment has been deducted from my account via phone pe. Transaction id : hdf835cbac1f2dd418b80e15883dc12a13c, however, ticket not done. I am hereby atta hing all relevant snapshot of payment and irctc ticket failure. Reqyest to look into issue Was this information helpful? | |
