[Resolved] Razorpay — transaction issue | |||
Sir I was booking a ticket through the bhim app for a booking a flight. So after i requested for transaction for and it showed in the bhim app but after the it sucessfully got detected the required amount it did not got approved in the irctc site which led the status of the ticket saying that the ticket is not booked but the amount got detected from the bhim app through the razorpay gateway. I tried to contact the razor pay but no one responded. The detail below is the transaction detail. Transaction id:[protected] Date: 6 may 2018 Time: 08.29.40 Remarks: irctc services Sir please help. My name is Sumeet Sinha. I am ordered a Pizza from Pizza Hut via Airtel money Wallet using razorpay gateway. I got an email from razorpay that your Payment is Successful.Payment Id: pay_A4xy97c5o0cUSJ. I didn't get the confirmation from Pizza Hut. Please refund my money.

both failed but didn't receive any refund payment date 27/04/2018
please do the needful as it has been 3 days now but didn't received any refund
We are unable to track the txn `10001246827462`.
However we see that the txn id 100001246781598 is failed payment as your issuing bank has not sent us a successful callback message on the transaction. As such the payment is not credited to us. Kindly drop us a mail to support@razorpay.com for further queries regarding this.
