Sir, Booking on a train ticket through irctc app and razorpay gateway using upi id of my phonepe app anoop. [protected]@ybl and an amount of 1490 has been debited from bank account to razorpay upi transaction id hdfa95e54aabee74450ab6b4c712ca21447 and irctc transaction id [protected] and haven't recieved refund yet.. Verified Support May 29, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Anoop, We checked the transaction ID [protected] and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there is a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. Best Regards Team Razorpay Verified Support May 31, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Ankit, We checked that the txn ID [protected] is a failed payment as your issuing bank has not sent us a successful callback message on the transaction. As such the payment is not credited to us. However, we could not track the txn ID [protected], kindly share the UPI reference ID for the same over mail at [protected]@razorpay.com and we will be happy to assist you. I tried booking irctc railway ticket but ticket not booked and amount debited.
I paid it using bhim upi .
Please resolve as soon as possible.
