Hi While trying to book irctc ticket using upi option money got deduced from my account but ticket not booked.. No customer care response too!! Razorpay — payment deducted from my upi account but ticket not booked I booked a ticket on 01/05/2018 from irctc application and i made payment through rajorpay upi option and payment was successfully sent to razorpay hdfc bank account but my ticket not booked. Verified Support May 03, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi, We checked the UPI reference number :[protected] and see that it was an unsuccessful transaction.
