RBL Bank — action is not taken for the complaint for past 3 months | |||
This is gowrishankar from coimbatore tamilnadu. I applied for titanium delight card but they itsel[censored]pgraded the card to platinum maxima with religare insurance of 15000. Once i got the msg as card dispatched i tried cust care, mail support and raised the complaint, but no actions are taken. After one week i got another card titanum delight which i applied for. Now i have two cards but not yet used. But bill is processing every month, now my bill amount is 7000+. How can i pay with out using ur cards?? I raised the complaint in march itself and following until now to take necessary actions. But not yet taken.. My cibil score is getting affected due to this. I really fedup with ur bank and services. If no actions are taken, am going to raise a complaint in rbi. Was this information helpful? | |||
