RBL Bank — complaint against the payment made by me to the bank

Ive been making payment of 3900 rs every month but still not been credited to my card. When valled and ask to customer care they always come with some reason like gst, tax etc etc. So last month i made a payment of the same 3900 and i have nt used a single penny but still my credit limit has been deducted by 1000 rs... Veru worst. No clarification whatsoever...

My card no. [protected] name: L.mahesh kumar card name: RBL TITANIUM CARD i want to close this account send me the details how to do it please send me the details as soon as possible . I went to my near by branch they gave me coustomer care number and website which are not valid.
