RBL Bank — credit card bill without get my credit card

I didn't get my card right now but got my bill. How is it possible without using card responsible for paying bill. Or why 1178.82 generated more bill please cancel my card i am not going to continue with card

I have mail 3 time on [protected]@rblbank.com but nobody response on my mail.

Rbl agent commit no annual fee no cost for you due to your track record with bajaj emi card is good no issue with payment
