RBL Bank — Double payment against credit card | |||
I have made a payment of 5338.73 from my icici account to my credit card RBL via bill desk to RBL BANK emi but amount debited from my bank account but soon after payment bill desk gateway not redirected to success page...From that time rbl mobile application and rbl online is down for 15 to 20 minutes but soon after mobile application working again so i have made a second payment and now this time it is successful, kindly do the needful as I have already paid. But what about the first payment?...will it be refunded or adjusted in next month? Was this information helpful? | |||
