My details: G raghul Rbl bank account number:[protected] The account number which i transferred is axis bank, account no [protected], (G raghul) coimbatore, rs puram branch It is disheartening that back to back 2 transactions were thick failure which was done through rbl mobile app. 35000 and 12000. Total of 47000. Transaction number for 12000:[protected] Transaction number for 35000:[protected] I highly request to do the needful as early as possible as the money is reserved for my neighbor boys hospital expenses. Mar 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Before writing here I made a call to Customer Care number 18001238040 and he told me to wait for maximum 7 days. But it will be solved as early as possible. Then I cut the call and made 2nd transaction 12000 and that was also a failure. I got very angry this time when he told me to wait for the same 7 days. Then I shown my disappointment and he told to wait for few minutes. After some time he came online and said they will do the needful fast. Within 15 minutes it was solved. Truly Great. Thank you RBL. Thank you for caring your customers. Please keep up the good work RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
