[Resolved] RBL Bank — double transaction failure. hospital expense money locked and customer care says wait for 7 days

The account number which i transferred is axis bank, account no [protected], (G raghul) coimbatore, rs puram branch
It is disheartening that back to back 2 transactions were thick failure which was done through rbl mobile app.
35000 and 12000. Total of 47000.

I highly request to do the needful as early as possible as the money is reserved for my neighbor boys hospital expenses.

Before writing here I made a call to Customer Care number 18001238040 and he told me to wait for maximum 7 days. But it will be solved as early as possible. Then I cut the call and made 2nd transaction 12000 and that was also a failure. I got very angry this time when he told me to wait for the same 7 days. Then I shown my disappointment and he told to wait for few minutes. After some time he came online and said they will do the needful fast. Within 15 minutes it was solved. Truly Great. Thank you RBL. Thank you for caring your customers. Please keep up the good work
