I applied for 10000 instant cash from rbl but money not credited in my sbi account but deducted from rbl credit card same day. Calling to customer care but no one attend the call how i believe this so called bank who will pay the money. This is cheating rbl bank doing fraud please help me. My query was regarding rbl credit card charges but your customer care employees are not ready to listen behaving like government employees and my query was not solve really not happy with service. Will tell everyone please don't buy rbl service third class services go for another banking option.

Hello, I have applied for 10000 Express cash amount got debited from RBL credit card but not credited to my bank account and i have called customer care also but there is no response from them. whom should i contact and get my money back ?
