RBL Bank — illegal joining fee by rbl bank by false commitment | |||
I am one of the customer of rbl, greater noida. I was offered the credit card with an offer of zero fees (Charge) payment for 1 year, following which i took the card. My card no. Is xxxx xxxx xxxx 4872. However now after the card is issued, i was asked to pay rs. 2000 (With tax) as the joining fees. After speaking to your representative and explaining him the above, he promised to wave off the above amount and resend the statement which i would clear and surrender the card. Rbl bank is not acting on this and i am receiving threatening calls on behalf of rbl bank to pay dues with interest. My mail id : jeet. I got issued the card and was promised that no yearly fee would be applicable as soon as i received the card i received the bill of 3000 plus rupees for annual fee. these people are defaming baja finserve and themselves even before getting famous by doing these kind of frauds.
