My card no is.[protected] and without informing me they have given r-shield insurance policy worth of 15000 and i called 6 time for call center they didnt respond properly. I have applied for RBL instant cash option on 23rd July but dint get credited to my HDFC account. The got deducted from the credit card. I am trying to reach customer care but they are not responding the call.
