RBL Bank — misbehaving and calling neighbours

Today, recovery agent of rbl, krishna singh misbehaved by calling our neighbours and shouting in our apartment. We just asked for 2 days after which we were going to pay him the due. But he was not listening and so we went to police station to complaint but he was not coming to police station even when the officer spoke to him, and is now continuously calling and harassing my mom and dad. We have recorded video of him shouting at our door.
