RBL Bank — money debited from my account and not credited in credit card balance

My self ramakrishna reddy, due balance i paid 65132/- through canara bank atm, but amount is not credited in credit card balance.. Please update asa early as possible, because of due date is very soon. I am using rbl maxima card. Please provide solution as early as possible. I cant suggest anyone to take rbl credit card

I swiped RBL debit card for Hotel bill and money deducted from my account and not credited to the Hotels account so I have to do another payment to pay Bills.
Now I raised complaint for the same I didn't got my complain ID to track and whenever I am asking for update their answer is as always your query will resolve in 47 days that is too much period. And whenever asking to transfer call to senior I am getting same answer.
I think I lost money because of having account in RBL Bank.

Dear RBL bank,

i already complaint against my card (Ending Digit 8522 ) for closing earlier why you charged me annual charged while i already requested for close all my rbl card immediately i also attached screenshot of sms that i got from your costumer care then i was complaint for closer.
