RBL Bank — payment not confirmed

I'm using bajaj finencry rbl bank credit card and from last month and i received a mail from rbl bank to paid the payment or due amount through razorpay and i made the full payment of the bill or rs40676.25 on 9/04/2019 and the amount were not updated yet. And i receiving call n msg from rbl bank to pay due amount which i already paid.
