RBL Bank — Rbl bank regarding emi facility is not available credit card no [protected]

Please sort out matter by immediately, there is no action by rbl bank & some person was called to me but they have not given the any solution for my credit card emi but they were doing to disturb to me for unecessary procesure, they are doing to insist to me that i provide the otp the bank person again & again.

Please you are requeted to again to provide the facility emi convert agst crdit card no [protected] & transation of rs 57500/24.11.2016

Subjuct: provide the facility emi of rs 57500/- dated 24.11.2016 for 12 months

I have already confirm to customer care and informed to by mail to rbl card bank ltd.

You are kindly requested to please convert the emi of rs 57500/ for 12 months.

I am suffering from financial problem so i could not the payment with out emi so request again please provide the emi offer for the this amount of rs 57500/ dated 24.11.2016 if emi offer will not provide then i could not pay any single painy
