RBL Bank — rbl kyc upgradation | |||
Sir would like to know that why a customer like me is being bothered and harassed at rbl guidelines and policies. I'm a customer of your bank rbl branch jainpurwas. I had opened my account online from your portal. So i need to update my kyc regarding that. So i went at your branch rbl bhiwadi. I met to mr. Vivek solanki (Operations manager) bhiwadi branch. He upfrontly declined to update my account details. And replied that you should go to your home branch and after some time suggested that home branch is also not able to update your kyc and this is a problem and can not be resolved and advice to close your account if rbl is. Not able to do the same then why this account had been opened or only manipulated by himself. So is it mandate to do that?. Please clear this issue as soon as posible Aakash.
