I have been trying to get a refund on my property booking since September 2016 - till date, I have only received note that they are unable to even give me a date of the payment as they are "very much in distress over funds and would need some more time to revert on payment schedule". DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Save your money and your time. I can see that there are many other people out there who are facing the exact same issue. To all those people who want to book with them don't. I have a contract saying I will get a full refund (minus a certain cancellation fee) if I wished to cancel this booking and I have been chasing them for two years. On top of that, they have asked me to get a PAN card (which is fair but they asked this from my late 2017 - time-buying tactics!) to give me my refund. I got it and gave the details to them in January this year. 7 months later, I just get the same excuses which are the same old "distress over funds".
hii all

we invested in Expat properties. we stay in Dubai. this is a fraud company. we invested in their Banglore project Navata which changed 3 times.

we claim for refund and then they are just giving us dates and buying time. they play with people hard earned money and dream.

every time you call their office you will find a new voice and new person. they were suppose to pay us in July 2018 and now they said in sep 2018 they will give us a new date...

this is a fraud company please beware.
Friends,
Why don’t we collectively file a petition against them. They are a fraud company and they had no intentions to deliver from the beginning. This was an easy route for them to collect a huge amount of money from people like us.

Best,

Ranjith
My promised property was to be registered 6-7 yrs back, unfortunately that never happened as they didn't have clearances and worse is even after making repeated requests I have not got the refund. They take you for a ride and make all hollow promises. As far as Mr D'souza is concerned he has to take a call on refunds and he is a man of very high stature because I have never been able to get through to him...he is never available for the refund clients and he never gets back to you as is promised by his secretary. My experience with them has been horrible and they have brought me almost to tears to get back my own hard earned money

Hi

I have invested on Asmita 9 years back and have made full payment. Initially, I was told that his project comes under the forest zone and is cancelled. When I called last I was told that the project is still on and which has given me this stupid information!!!
I am taking legal action in London and in India.
I am contacting news media to expose this rats, I will make sure that this telecasted in middle east and India as the NRI's are easy preys for this vultures. We have suffered but we should make sure no one else will.

Any one from UAE, please let’s meet together and plan how to recover our money back legally. This company registered in Dubai plays a very important role in cheating we Expat’s in UAE. We can also complain to Indian embassy also.

Hi all,

Looking at all the complaints here, I would like to add my experience for everyone. I invested in Expat properties in year 2009 and am still running after them to get my refund. Projects invested in were 'Tranquil Heights' and 'Horizon'.

I am in touch with 47 other investors like me who are running around for refunds and compensation. I have created an email address expat.investors.[protected]@gmail.com Request all investors to please send me their details:
Full Name
Expat Projects invested in
Amount invested
Year invested in
email address
contact number
country of residence

I have already taken legal opinion and we have a very strong case to deal with this situation. In the current scenario in the country, this company and its Senior Management will be taken to task wherever they are. I propose to collate all the information and then file a lawsuit (which I have already prepared with legal experts from Karnataka High Court and other High Courts and The Supreme Court of India). The more we are the stronger our case becomes. As per the legal experts, the courts will order a through financial audit of the company to figure out what they did with our money all these years.

So, people willing to join the cause, please email me at expat.investors.[protected]@gmail.com

Thanks and regards
Anshuman

The company has been duping all the buyers in a similar manner...I am also struggling since last two years to get the payout from expat. Every commited date just passes by without any output and new date is offered but no payout...going legal is the only option left... aggrieved customers can watsapp me on [protected]...let's go legal and ensure they are taken to task not only in India but also in Dubai... Although they must be used to it as they have duped a large number of buyers but presently with emphasis towards buyers issues, there is hope from legal system...let's all form a group on watsapp and plan further course of action.

We bought plots in Wegre hills over 17 years back from Expat properties and as per Mr Sachin kanchan Director of the company the road will be made on this land from main road as well to connect all plots in six months from the date of purchase. Now 17 years have passed no road has been made so far. I have been writing to me Berlyn of expat properties as well as copy to Mr .santosh Shetty Chairman of the company. Till today we v not received any positive response from them despite writing to them many emails what's app messages as well as tel calls. May we request to get us positive reply on urgent basis as I am 70 years old now and would like to see my land in my life time at least.
Awaiting for your urgent reply please Best regards Prem Bhushan Khanna
