[Resolved] Red Bus Service — bus journey details like bus number and phone no are not sent

Due to neglency in sending the bus & driver details due to which i missed my bus. I did not even get the message details about the bus journey. I got only pickup point and timing. Even red bus customar care operator also least bothered about their customer. I lost money, time. Its journey from bangalore to hospet. I had booked my ticket from vishakapatnam to rajamundry, ticket was not booked bt amount had deducted from my account, when will i get refund... please check it out get me back my mney to my account or let me know thw information
