[Resolved] Red Bus Service — bus journey details like bus number and phone no are not sent | |
Due to neglency in sending the bus & driver details due to which i missed my bus. I did not even get the message details about the bus journey. I got only pickup point and timing. Even red bus customar care operator also least bothered about their customer. I lost money, time. Its journey from bangalore to hospet. And booked online tickets through red bus app for travel on 17-aug-2018. Need refund of money. Was this information helpful? | |
