[Resolved]  Redbus — about failed transaction during ticket booking

I had booked a ticket but the transaction failed and amount was deducted and there was no msg about refund even after 2 days

But there is no option to contact customer services for refund status. Or the transaction info don't allow to chat regarding failed case.
Whom can i contact regarding the refund info

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the failure of your trip ID[protected].

I understand that this transaction failure would have caused an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry. We acknowledge that when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued, due to a technical error.

We have received this amount in our account, but are unable to use it for booking. Your refund has been initiated from our end on 8th May 2019 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction.
