We usually book bus tickets through red bus. I have booked a ticket yesterday also with red bus online
I hope u are aware o[censored]nhappy incident occurred in kallada bus yesternight
There was worse manhandling done by bus operators to selected passengers who demanded for an alternate bus in place of bus which ve gone break down as i could read from victims who shared their experience in facebook. Also the news was published in malayalam news channel.
Its safety of passengers which should be the first preference. I hope customer satisfaction and gaining confidence must be ur top priority. While utilising your service we expect such a level of belief regarding all these priorities.
Please remove the whole list of bus service by kallada travels from the list of red bus list.
We do not want bus service which can turn harmful to passengers at any moment.
