I am filing this complaint against RedBus for not processing a refund for a failed booking, despite multiple follow-ups. Below are the details of the issue:

Complaint Details:
On 20/03/2025, I attempted to book a bus ticket using the RedBus platform. However, the transaction failed, but the amount of ₹1, 239 was deducted from my account. As per RedBus policies and RBI guidelines, refunds for failed transactions should be processed within 5-7 working days, but I have not received any refund to date.
Despite reaching out to RedBus customer support multiple times via [mention mode—email/call/chat], my issue remains unresolved. I have attached screenshots of my payment confirmation, failed booking status, and my conversations with RedBus support.
Relief Sought:
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to take necessary action against RedBus and direct them to:
1. Process my refund of ₹1, 239 immediately.
2. Compensate me for the mental distress caused due to this delay.
3. Ensure such incidents do not occur with other consumers in the future.
I trust that the Consumer Helpline will help me get a resolution at the earliest.
