Hi! My name is Supriyaa. I want to raise a complaint regarding the recent travel from Bangalore to Cumbum in Balaji Cabs. Ticket number: TU5W75464904
The boarding time was at 10.30 PM yesterday in KR Puram, Bangalore. The bus came only by 1.05 AM after 2.5 hours. There was no prior information about the delay no msg no calls nothing. When we called the driver he said he will come in 20mins always from 10.30PM. Why would you give false information like this and keep us wait in the road in mid night like a stray dog? This morning they stopped at a rest place and after that they said AC isn’t working. It’s half way still. Imagine In the hot Sun in AC bus without a AC for 5 hours+. I’m still in the bus don’t know what to do. We have raised complaint in RedBus as well. We have paid 5k for 2 people for this bus and is not worth a penny. We want a refund for this bus.
