Initially i tried to book the ticket on 9th may from guntur - bangalore, here the amount got debited from my account but the ticket is not booked.
Then i changed my plan to book the ticket on 8th may.
After 30min i got a call from one of executives of redbus, informed that the amount is deducted but the ticket not booked and want to book the ticket or refund the amount.
I said to book the ticket on 8th may, before completing my sentence he book the ticket on 9th may and disagree to revert since it is already booked.
I asked him, how can u book the ticket with our my confirmation...
He trying to bluff me that i already confirmed.
I said to review the call recordings, because i'm pretty sure about my words.
I raised a case, case id:992099 and escalated.
Till now i have spoken with 4/5 customer care executive..
Every1 says that the issue will resolve immediately, got heartfull assistance from each.
But there is no progress on this.
I understand how redbus irresponsible about the customers.
I want the money back with out any cancellation charges.
If i don't then i vl make the higher authority to through some light on this.
I never leave, because its not my mistake.
I would like to highlight this consumer court, if not resolved soon.
