Dear sir, I am kiran mohan mali have pnr no[protected] and ticket no. Tp[protected]. I am facing issues before traveling, i had informed by u that departure time is 7.45 pm dated on 5 march 2020 but recently said by your team on telephonic comunication that to be reach on boarding point before 6.00 pm. Also said by you that your travel will change at surat What is this? Due to this type of service we will face so many problem. Please do the needful. Regard Kiran mali.
