Redbus — For same journey ticket booked twice

I tried to book train ticket from Dadar to Kolhapur . First time transaction was successful but not received any successful booking message or screen . So I tried another time and that time received successful booking message. But now I am seeing two booking for same journey on same day. I tried to contact customer care of redbus but not able to get proper help from them every time I am getting message as "Sorry. I am unable to fetch the ticket details for you."

Please help me to get refund for my unsuccessful booking.
