Redbus — GST Invoice not provided by Redbus

I travelled from Pune to Mumbai and the other way round on 11th December 2021. And then I travelled from Pune to Baroda on 14th December 2021 and from Baroda to Pune on 17th December 2021. Redbus does not provide a GST invoice and asks customers to get the same from Bus Operators. It's really an arduous process of chasing the Bus Operators as they do not answer the calls. I need GST invoices for the following ticket numbers as I have to claim reimbursement for the same from my employer:
Pune to Mumbai, 11th December 2021 - TQD[protected]
Mumbai to Pune, 11th December 2021 - TQD[protected]
Pune to Baroda, 14th December 2021 - TQCT21278746
Baroda to Pune, 17th December 2021 - TQCT29354929

Do let me know if the copies of tickets are required.

Please share the GST invoices by today as I need to submit the reimbursement claim before 31st December 2021 to my employer. It's been a week since I have posted this compliant and apart from the formal acknowledgment email, I haven't received any response or support from Redbus.

As per the T&Cs printed on tickets, your bus operators were supposed to share the GST invoices with me and now, neither your bus operators nor you are responding on this matter. It seems that Redbus is least bothered for customer's concerns once they are paid in full for the services. I'll certainly send a legal notice to Redbus if the matter is not resolved by today EOD and take the necessary legal actions for the losses incurred by me.
