The staff's behavior was very rude. During the night, I urgently needed to use the restroom, but the driver spoke to me rudely and used vulgar language. He refused to stop the bus. It was a terrible travel experience — I would definitely give a rating of 0 or less if that were possible.

Also, I’m shocked that the staff are able to log in to passengers’ accounts and give themselves 5-star ratings. Why are they asking passengers for their OTPs? This is not acceptable.

I also have video proof of the driver speaking to me in an inappropriate manner
