Struggled for more than 2 hours at midnight by 12 to 2pm due to bus break down and there was no bus changing also. Please consider my approach and do give the better travel experience. Atleast try not give burden to passengers. So kindly take the actions based on my complaint. The service provided by k. P. N travels is very poor. Do check the conditions of bus before taking off.
