[Resolved] Redbus — Money Debited But Ticket is not confirmed Yet.

Dear Team, I made a booking on 19th August 22 from coimbatore to miyapur, hyderabad seat no.u1 R Tours and Travels 20 Aug passenger name ARUN) at 11 pm. I made a payment of Rs 2689.35/- thru net banking at 11:03 pm. The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued. I tried calling customer care and they are not picking up the call for so while and after picking up the call, asking me to wait for 72 hours. I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 2689.35/-has been duly credited to redBus. Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest. 16th aug 2022 I book ticket kottampatti to Chennai payment debited my account but ticket not booking.i try to contact customer care but not reached I pay via Google pay amount is Rs.3895.80. kindly check and refund.
