[Resolved]  Redbus — my wallet amount has not yet returned to my bank account

I have cancelled a trip in redbus. My trip id: tk4v46563289.. So the amount was transferred to my wallet. I have raised an email regarding my wallet amount transferred to my bank account.. It's been 60 days. But there is no response from the redbus customer care.. I have been waiting so long.. Please take steps immediately to return my wallet amount to my bank account.
