I tried booking a Bus ticket on 19/12/24 form Bangalore to Cherthala(20/12/24) for 2 members, I filled in all the details and made the payment through debit card for Rs.8, 817.90.
I registered a complaint on 26-12-24 in this consumer complaints stating that the amount had been deducted from my bank account but I never received any confirmation or any information further on the ticket
right after posting the complaint in the consumer complaints on 29-12-24 I got a call telling they're from the RedBus team and saw my complaint and was checked my transactions with them and told me that the amount will be refunded soon and they will provide a mail giving the refund code and other details regarding the refund to go to the bank and get the refund
Neither did i receive any mails from them again and also I tried calling to the same number from which i got the call, but no one's responding its telling the number is busy i tried to contact in various ways but no response
I also have the call recording of the lady who called me and said they'll send the mail and further details
I feel cheated and this is not right for a big company to scam people in daylight Was this information helpful? |
