[Resolved]  Redbus — Not allowing partial cancellation of Bus ticket

I have booked a ticket on http://www.redbus.in from Goa to Pune with Paulo travels. This bus ticket website have not mentioned any where that "Partial cancellation is not allowed." I got this mentioned only in ticket emailed to me after booking ticket. I have booked ticket for 5 person in a single ticket. Now I need to cancel it for just one person, but company does not allow partial cancellation, it means I need to cancel complete ticket and deduction charge will be done for all 5 persons. This is completely weird thing. Partial cancellation is done even in train/plane everywhere. I have sent email to redbus many times but they are not responding nor taking any action.
