[Resolved] Redbus — partial cancellation of bus ticket

Recently i have booked 4 tickets from amalapuram to hyderabad for 4th march 2018. Due to some unavoidable circumstances one of my friend is not able to travel.in that case when i checked for cancelling one seat, i found that partial cancelation is not allowed. Also the ticket costs around rs.1000 so i please request you to take this issue into serious consideration and allow customers for partial cancelation in future.
Below is my pnr number for booking. I have booked bus via phonepay app
