I am koushik and i booked a ticket from aswapuram to hyderabad in redbus app and it costs me 600rs i paid with my upi id and i got a notification that money was debited from my bank a/c but the ticket was not generated and i didn't even get a refund message and while the payment was going on i got a message that error occured plzz reply me Could you help me?
