Redbus — Red bus didn't send me the bus no or any contact detail of operator and bus didn't pick me up at boarding point

I booked a confirmed ticket CITY CONNECT EXPRESS using the red bus app from Delhi to Dehradun on 4th May 2023. I was standing there at the boarding place right from 10:30 pm and the boarding time was 11:35 pm. But the bus operator didn't even call me when the bus arrived or not, I didn't know about that, because after booking the tickets, I didn't receive the message regarding the bus number.
Also when I called the bus operator who is given in my bus booking ticket, no one respond on it. So this all caused so many problems to me. This is not at all acceptable. I had to book another offline bus ticket and pay there again. I am also trying many times on the customer care number of Red Bus, they only said that please wait, when our booking department confirm from the bus, we revert your amount. They didn't give me an exact time for waiting. My Ticket number is TS5Y35037829 and my PNR number is 14554 and also complained on Red Bus Customer Care. As per Red Bus Customer Care my complaint is in high priority but they didn't respond to me in after approx 9 Days.
Now I want a refund of the bus ticket I paid. I want a refund soon. Bus ticket fares are Rs.2822.50/-. I didn't even travel in that bus. I want a refund. This all has caused so many problems to me and It all caused so much panic. Just give me the refund of this bus ticket.
