[Resolved]  Redbus — redbus (sangitam travel) arrogant/rude behavior by bus driver

I am writing this about the incident that happened with my parents while traveling to hometown by sangitam travel (Redbus).
We reached travel stop (Govind garden circle pimple saudagar) around 20.08 on[protected]. Bus driver started shouting on us like why you are late and bla bla bla. We have booked bus whose boarding time 20.05. Bus driver was very arrogant, he was literally shouting in front of all passengers. He started unnecessary argument and off-topic argument. I have raise same complaint with bus service provider (Sangitam). Please help us so that no passenger should face this problem in future. My parents traveled and they felt unsafe during their journey.
At drop point, he used such quick and fast break due to which my mother had severe injury.
Who will be responsible for such unprofessional and rude behavior.
