[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund amount not received

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 06 DECEMBER 2020(Ticket number (TIN): TPD[protected] from Chennai to Bamgalore for dated 27 DECEMBER 2020 that tckt amount was 1453/- Rs. Through Google Pay (G.Pay Phone no : [protected]), Given phone no for registration was [protected] and cancelled it on the same day 06 DECEMBER(PNR no: TS[protected]MDHT/1255569)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

This is to Inform you that i have not received my Booking cancellation amount of Rs.1317.00.yet still, its more than 9 working days, and this is the 2nd time I'm raising the request for the same.
May I know whom to contact for further assistance, As its a medical emergency in the family need the refund amount immediately. Kindly do the needful. No One replied to me for the 2nd request, I have attached mail pic and your reply for my first Complaint pic.

We did validate the complaint details and we have received the confirmation that the refund of Rs. 1317/- against the booking ID: TPD[protected] was successfully deposited to the source account against the refund reference ID:[protected].

In case the amount is not received in your account yet, please reach out to the respective bank to check for the same.
