[Resolved]  Redbus — refund of failed ticket booking

I made a booking in red bus and made payment through BHIM of 1710 rs... I raised a complaint:4948751 on aug 9 it has been 7 days and these are unable to tell me the status and they say that they didn't get any money from you so please wait. One customer care guy tells me within 24 hrs i will refund. One will keep my phone on hold for 25 mins and disconnects my call... Do you think that we have free money and time to mess around you people. You guys are totally unfit for support and the worst part is you payments methods and bus booking interface sucks. Soon you will be on roads if this is continued. If you eat our money without serving us at the end you will face the consequences.

I understand that this transaction failure would have caused an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry.

As per your complaint, when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued. This occurred due to a technical error at your bank’s end. However, we have not received this amount in our redBus account.

This transaction may have failed while being processed by your bank’s system. In such a scenario, banks have the policy to refund the amount within 2 business days. If you do not get this refund within this time frame, we request you to contact your bank.

We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
