[Resolved]  Redbus — request for cancellation has been denied

I booked the below mentioned ticket for wrong dates and i realized after 30 mins and when placed request for cancellation. They said its not possible. When i called the operator they said its possible but only red bus. Red bus is blaming the operator (Orange bus). Its blame game. They are simply looting the money. They can deduct some amount and refund the rest. Still there more than 12 hours for bus to leave but still they didn't agree to cancel it. Below are the details of my ticket
