Dear Krish Travels Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding an extremely disappointing and hazardous experience with your travel service on [mention date of travel], on the [mention route, e.g., Chennai to Bangalore] route.

During the journey, we encountered the following unacceptable issues:

1. Severe Insect Infestation: The bus was infested with insects, causing discomfort, bites, and health concerns among many passengers. I have attached multiple photos clearly showing the insects in the seating and sleeping areas.

2. Negligent Staff Behavior: Despite several passengers alerting the driver and the conductor, no action was taken to address the insect issue. The driver and staff remained indifferent and even dismissive of the health risk we were exposed to.

3. No Response from Manager: When we attempted to escalate the matter by calling your manager, there was no response or follow-up. This lack of responsibility and communication is highly unprofessional.

4. No Medical Support or Assurance Provided: Several passengers, including children and elderly individuals, experienced allergic reactions and discomfort due to insect bites. Shockingly, no medical assistance or even basic first aid was provided by your staff. This is a direct violation of passenger safety standards.

We expect an immediate and written response from your side, including:

A formal apology from Krish Travels

A full refund for all affected passengers

Assurance of disciplinary action against negligent staff

Confirmation of improved hygiene and medical preparedness on your future services

Compensation for the health risk and trauma experienced

If no satisfactory action is taken within 5 working days, I will be compelled to report this matter to the Consumer Forum, social media, and relevant transport authorities.
