[Resolved]  Redbus — there delay in processing the refund

I booked a ticket in redbus but the transaction has got failed. On the day of transaction i called the customer care, she said money will be refunded to your payment source, but they credited to their redbus wallet. I asked for withdrawal of the wallet money to my bank account, daily the customer care will soon process the refund. It has been 13 days ago i made the transaction i haven't received my money back till now. Now one is providing a perfect response. Since myoney is their side they are telling were escalating the complaint from past five days. I has been my daily activity to call to the redbus customer care and to ask when the refund will be processed. The same dialogue every customer care will say you will get it soon we have esclated
