I booked a bus ticket for Mrs. Devella Chaya Krishna, Age/60, on 4th March 2025 for travel on 8th March 2025 on your Redbus portal.
While booking the ticket when I entered the card details/OTP, I did not get the payment / booking confirmation. Assuming that the payment has not gone through, I tried again and booked a ticket with a different seat no. This time, the payment went through and I also received a booking confirmation.
Now, I find from my credit card statement that booking has been done twice and also find that the ticket was issued twice, details as under:

In view of the above, since the booking twice happened inadvertently / perhaps due to a temporary system issue with no fault of mine, I humbly request you to look into the case and consider refund of Rs. 1332/45. I shall be grateful for your positive & an early response.
