[Resolved]  Redbus — tickets not booked but money deducted from hdfc bank

Address:118/9 Theeran Chinna Malai Street, v.S.illam, Ketti Nagar, Nadar Medu, Erode, Tamil Nadu, 638002

Hi team,

Today i tried to book bus from erode to bangalore (Journey date. 20th may -10.45 tnstc bus) in red bus (Techredbus). I paid through net banking but money got deducted without the successful completion of ticket booking. I didn't get any confirmations for tickets booking.
So kindly please refund rs. 324 money back to my source account - hdfc bank.
