Redbus — Wrong seat shown while selling ticket

Booked tkt from Nerul to Goa on 13th April. Exorbitant amount was charged . Approx 3k per person. After that seat allotted was different that the one shown at the time of booking. I would have never booked the seat allotted to me. I want my money refunded for this horrible experience.
